Key Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of recent experience as an RBT required
• Active or inactive (not expired) RBT certification—verifiable via BACB
• Ability to commit to the complete school schedule; schedule flexibility is not available
• Experience collecting behavioral and classroom data
• Comfortable working with students who may require behavioral intervention and assisting with bathroom/toileting needs when necessary
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to accept school assignments 1–2 days before starting, understanding that placements may shift

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavioral intervention services under BCBA supervision
• Collect data on student progress and behavior as needed by the IEP or behavior plan
• Collaborate with educational staff and administration to support consistent classroom management
• Assist with functional life skills and personal care, as needed
• Foster a supportive, inclusive atmosphere for all students
