Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or Behavior Specialist credentials
  • Prior experience working with K–12 students preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to follow individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Must meet all state and school credentialing requirements

Role Responsibilities:

  • Implement evidence-based behavior intervention strategies for students ages 5–18
  • Collect and document behavioral data to monitor student progress
  • Work with teachers, school staff, and families to deliver effective support
  • Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques as needed
  • Communicate feedback and recommendations to the appropriate team members
  • Support the learning environment to ensure student safety and inclusion
