Qualifications & Requirements:
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or Behavior Specialist credentials
- Prior experience working with K–12 students preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to follow individualized behavior intervention plans
- Must meet all state and school credentialing requirements
Role Responsibilities:
- Implement evidence-based behavior intervention strategies for students ages 5–18
- Collect and document behavioral data to monitor student progress
- Work with teachers, school staff, and families to deliver effective support
- Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques as needed
- Communicate feedback and recommendations to the appropriate team members
- Support the learning environment to ensure student safety and inclusion
