• Direct Care Workers — Full-time 2nd shift availability: 4:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.

• Direct Care Workers — Full-time 3rd shift availability: 12:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.

1. Come in Monday through Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. No appointment is needed.
2. Bring two forms of identification with you to our Orchard Lake Campus.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Must provide two forms of identification during your interview

1. Valid Driver’s License
2. Social Security Card

• Resume (if not previously provided)
