Real People Cares LLC is seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to provide care and support to adults with mental illness in a licensed Adult Foster Care home.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene).
- Prepare and serve meals.
- Remind or assist residents with medications according to facility policy.
- Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or mental condition.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful living environment.
- Complete required documentation and incident reports.
- Assist residents with appointments and community activities as needed.
- Follow all state licensing requirements and company policies.
