Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the applicable state
• Previous experience in at least one of the following: school-based OT, home health OT, healthcare/clinical OT, or teletherapy OT services
• Strong understanding of pediatric OT interventions, IEP process, and documentation requirements
• Comfort with digital platforms and teletherapy technology
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for partnering with students, families, and educators
• Demonstrated adaptability working across in-person, home, and virtual environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students’ functional abilities and develop targeted intervention plans
• Deliver OT services directly to students in school, home, healthcare, and teletherapy settings, following best practices and IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to facilitate student achievement and independence
• Document treatment sessions, progress notes, and ongoing evaluations in compliance with professional and legal standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team conferences as a valued clinical partner
• Provide guidance, resources, and training to school staff and families regarding OT strategies and accommodations
