Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Azusa, California

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC or eligibility for CFY
• Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings
• Proficiency in both in-person and teletherapy modalities
• Familiarity with mild/moderate disabilities and experience managing a larger elementary caseload
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills

What You’ll Do:

• Provide assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver direct therapy to elementary-aged students in SDC classrooms
• Collaborate with teachers, SLPA, and support staff to design and implement tailored intervention plans
• Offer guidance for classroom communication strategies and ensure compliance with school and district guidelines
• Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings alongside school teams
• Utilize SLPA support effectively to maximize student outcomes
