School Speech Language Pathologist - Arkansas City, KS

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible Kansas SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous experience in a school-based SLP role preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP process and ability to conduct evaluations, develop goals, and provide therapy services
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to supporting diverse student populations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy for K-12 students, both individually and in groups
• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student progress and classroom integration
• Maintain accurate records and track student progress regularly
• Participate in team meetings, staff development, and consultations as required
