Speech Language Pathologist in Blackville, SC

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Experience in school-based or pediatric speech therapy preferred
• Familiarity with developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders among 3K-3rd grade students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEPs for a caseload of 16 students
• Deliver direct therapy services, adjusting approaches to meet each student’s unique needs
• Participate in IEP meetings, consult with teachers and families, and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Collect data to measure student progress and maintain accurate records
