Job Description
Step into a fulfilling school-based role supporting student success across two vibrant educational communities near Euclid, OH. Use your expertise as a School Psychologist to make a meaningful impact with a contract opportunity that spans both in-person and hybrid work.
This position offers a unique blend of responsibilities across multiple sites: spend three days each week providing services to K-12 students, and one day a week supporting 6-12th graders at a forward-thinking STEM school. You’ll also have one designated remote day for paperwork, with potential for a second remote day to be discussed based on your needs. The assignment runs from August 24th through May 31st, with a 7-hour workday totaling 35 hours per week.
Qualifications:
- Current School Psychologist licensure in Ohio
- Previous experience working within a school setting, with K-12 and secondary students preferred
- Strong skills in student assessment, counseling, and consultation
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Comfortable adapting to both in-person and remote work environments
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and interventions for students in K-12 and 6-12 settings
- Collaborate with educators and parents to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Support the social, emotional, and academic well-being of diverse student populations
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, and legal compliance
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to support student outcomes
