Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s or Doctoral Degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure (or eligibility to obtain in Delaware)
  • Previous experience serving elementary-aged students preferred
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with students, staff, and families
  • Ability to administer psychological assessments and provide evidence-based interventions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive psychological services for an elementary caseload in a school setting
  • Conduct evaluations, consult with teachers, and support individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote students’ academic, emotional, and social development
  • Participate in crisis intervention and prevention programs as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
