School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Norristown, Pennsylvania

Your expertise will directly impact 5th–8th grade students with varying needs, including Specific Learning Disabilities, Speech or Language Impairments, and Autism.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Previous school-based SLP experience highly preferred
• Comfortable providing direct therapy and conducting evaluations
• Knowledge of best practices for students with SLD, SLI, and Autism
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to a caseload of 20–30 students (grades 5–8)
• Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations
• Develop, implement, and track individualized student progress on IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff for coordinated care
• Document services and maintain compliance with school and state requirements
• Offer engaging interventions tailored to diverse learning needs

Position Details:

• Contract role, 2 days per week (any combination of Monday through Friday)
• 7 hours per day (8:30 AM – 3:30 PM)
• Manage a focused caseload with meaningful impact
