Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Glendale, Arizona

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid SLP license for Arizona
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligible Clinical Fellow (CFY)
• Previous experience with pediatric and/or school settings is a plus
• Proficiency in delivering teletherapy services is highly desirable
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for students with speech, language, or communication challenges
• Provide engaging therapy sessions tailored to individual and group needs, both onsite and via teletherapy if required
• Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to coordinate services and support students’ IEP goals
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation according to school and district guidelines
• Support students’ academic achievement by effectively addressing their communication barriers
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive educational environment
