Step into a rewarding opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist working in a supportive and collaborative school environment. This contract position is designed for a dedicated SLP ready to make a difference in the lives of TK–5th grade students, with a caseload including general education, speech services, RSP with speech support, and SDC classrooms. You’ll be joining forces with an experienced SLP already on-site to provide exceptional services to students and staff.

We’re seeking an SLP who thrives in school settings and values teamwork, especially with a background in SDC programs. Your expertise will help foster communication skills, support individualized education plans, and positively influence your young clients’ confidence and growth.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent from an accredited program
  • Valid state license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience working with school-aged children, ideally in a school-based and/or SDC setting
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Adaptability and the ability to manage a diverse caseload
  • Collaborative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for student-focused service
  • Availability for immediate start through December 2026

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assessments, therapy, and progress monitoring for speech-language needs across TK–5th grade
  • Work closely with another on-site SLP to coordinate caseloads and services
  • Support students in general education, RSP, and SDC classrooms
  • Participate in IEPs, provide input for educational planning, and maintain accurate records
  • Partner with teachers, staff, and families to ensure comprehensive care and support
