Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver targeted speech-language therapy to elementary students with diverse needs
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized student goals
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative planning
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in alignment with district practices
  • Travel between different school sites within the assignment area to serve caseload needs
  • Communicate effectively with students, teachers, staff, and families to support academic growth

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid California SLP License is required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Previous experience in school-based settings is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with SEIS (Special Education Information System) platforms preferred
  • Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fluid, itinerant schedule across multiple elementary sites
