A retail pharmacy associated with a clinic in Kansas City, MO is seeking a skilled pharmacist for per diem coverage. This role is ideal for an experienced pharmacist who can provide reliable coverage on Tuesdays and during PTO or sick leave periods. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with no weekend shifts required.

Responsibilities:

• Verify prescriptions accurately in a closed-door retail pharmacy setting
• Manage an average prescription volume of approximately 200 per day
• Work closely with pharmacy technicians for efficient workflow
• Utilize ScriptPro automation software (knowledge preferred)
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and maintain patient safety standards

Qualifications:

• Valid Missouri State Pharmacist license in good standing
• Certified Immunizer with required Missouri Notice of Intent (NOI) filed to administer vaccines/medications by prescription
• BLS/CPR certification
• Experience in retail, outpatient, or clinic pharmacy settings preferred
