Make a meaningful impact in the educational journey of K-12th grade students as a Speech-Language Pathologist working onsite in a vibrant school community near Newcastle, WY. This full-time position offers the opportunity to support students’ communication skills, meet diverse needs, and collaborate with a dedicated team of educators and specialists.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current and valid state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain licensure)
  • Prior experience in a school-based setting with K-12 students strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Passion for helping students reach their highest potential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students requiring speech-language services
  • Deliver direct therapy to students individually or in group settings, supporting a variety of speech and communication needs
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and parents to promote effective communication strategies
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress, and treatment outcomes
  • Offer consultation and resources to staff and families to foster positive learning environments
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights to the interdisciplinary team
