Speech Language Pathologist in Cleveland, OH

Step into a meaningful contract role making a difference in the lives of students as a Speech-Language Pathologist, working in an engaging, in-person setting near Cleveland, OH. This full-time opportunity starts as soon as possible and extends through June 1, 2027, offering services to both early learners at the Pre-K–Kindergarten level and high school students in grades 9–12. You will support a diverse student caseload with varying speech, language, and disability-related needs across multiple school sites.

Your expertise will help students achieve essential communication goals, with ample opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional teams, teachers, and families.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist license or credential in Ohio
• Prior experience working in school-based settings
• Comfort supporting students with a range of disabilities and at varying developmental stages, from early childhood through high school
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and group speech and language therapy to students on your assigned caseload
• Conduct assessments, interpret results, and develop tailored treatment plans
• Monitor progress and maintain precise, compliant documentation
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and student goal development
• Engage and communicate effectively with teachers, families, and other educational professionals
