Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract opportunity is available for licensed Speech-Language Pathologists specializing in school settings, with options for telespeech, teletherapy, and in-person service delivery. This role is based in Winchester, OH, and involves supporting students with communication disorders to enhance their educational experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide both in-person and remote speech therapy sessions tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with educators and caregivers to monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to treatment planning discussions
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery protocols
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapy methods to both virtual and face-to-face environments
