This assignment runs from August 2026 to June 2027 and offers a full-time schedule of 35-37.5 hours per week. As an OT working with K-12 students, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate across multiple school sites, broadening your experience with diverse student needs and innovative leadership styles. By adapting to various school cultures and potentially utilizing AAC devices, you’ll expand your expertise and strengthen your professional versatility.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapy license for New Hampshire (or eligibility)
  • Experience working in school-based settings preferred
  • Comfort serving K-12 populations, adapting to varying developmental levels
  • Willingness to travel between multiple school locations
  • Flexible mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity or willingness to learn about Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices

Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapeutic services to K-12 students according to IEPs and individual needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, other therapists, and families
  • Manage a dynamic caseload across more than one school site
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records
  • Stay current with best school OT practices
