Hill Manufacturing is looking for an experienced Data Entry/Order Processing Specialist for the computer room.

Job responsibilities include:

· Entering orders for shipping to customers in a multi-state area

· Entering customer credits.

· Printing invoices

· Printing bill of ladings & shipping papers

· Printing monthly and yearly reports

· Printing financial statements (monthly, quarterly, yearly)

This job requires a person with a high attention to detail, strong customer service/communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Experience with data entry, numeric keypads, and month-end reporting is helpful.
