Multi-Licensed Staff Pharmacist - 13 Weeks Contract to Hire - Nashville, Tennessee

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Opportunity

Join a growing specialty pharmacy as a Specialty Pharmacy Pharmacist with the opportunity to transition into a long-term role and potentially grow into partial ownership of the company.

This is a low-volume, clinically focused environment where you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients with complex conditions, including hemophilia, immune deficiencies, and autoimmune disorders.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex specialty and infusion therapies, including factor replacement and emicizumab.
• Provide patient education and clinical support.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators.
• Assist with prior authorizations, insurance navigation, and medication access.

Requirements

• TN Pharmacist License – Required
• AR Pharmacist License – Required or willing to obtain within 90 days
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses
• CareTend experience strongly preferred (training available)
• Strong work ethic and interest in long-term growth
