Senior Family Law Attorney

Our client is seeking a Senior Family Law Attorney with 6-10 years of experience to handle high-asset divorce and family law matters.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle complex, high-net-worth divorce and family law cases from inception through resolution.

• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, mediations, and settlement conferences.

• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.

• Provide strategic legal counsel and maintain strong client relationships throughout matters.

• Attend scheduled court appearances, occasional in-person client meetings, and monthly all-staff meetings.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

• Active and good-standing California Bar license.

• 6-10 years of California family law experience.

• Strong litigation, legal writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.

• Excellent communication, client management, and case-handling abilities.
