Are you a skilled CNC Machinist who takes pride in producing high-quality precision parts? We're looking for an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll work with advanced equipment, interpret detailed blueprints, and play a critical part in delivering quality products on time.

What You'll Do

As a CNC Lathe Machinist, you will:

  • Set up and operate CNC lathes to meet production and quality requirements.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
  • Operate mills and other fabrication equipment as needed.
  • Perform inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.
  • Verify finished parts for dimensional accuracy and compliance with specifications.
  • Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
  • Support production schedules, including quick-turn manufacturing demands.
  • Partner with teammates and leadership to achieve production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You BringRequired Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of CNC lathe setup and operation experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Working knowledge of machining, fabrication, and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience performing precision measurements and quality inspections.
  • Experience operating mills in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience operating Doosan and Puma CNC machines.
  • Fabrication and assembly experience.
  • Proven attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to perform effectively in both steady-state and high-volume production environments.
  • Strong dedication to workplace safety and continuous improvement.

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
