Job Summary
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our Thrive team! At Thrive Spine and Sports Rehab we are dedicated to providing patient-centered care by reimagining the healthcare experience. We pride ourselves on delivering individualized, compassionate sports rehab and recovery. You will be part of a positive, family-oriented environment and collaborate closely with multiple disciplines to help us provide the best patient care possible. The ideal candidate is well organized, has strong communication and interpersonal skills, and has a strong ability to multitask.

Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and answering phone calls
  • Cleaning, restocking
  • Filing and other basic office tasks
  • Maintaining our Recovery Lounge
Requirements/Qualifications
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized is a must
  • Previous health care experience is required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to improvement - both personal and professional
  • The ability to stay positive and compassionate with patients
Our Full Time position hours are as follows:
  • Monday/Wednesday/Thursday 8:30 am - 12 pm, 1 pm - 6:30 pm
  • Tuesday/Friday 7:30 am - 12 pm, 1 pm -3 pm
  • Saturdays 8 am - 1 pm (rotating schedule, every 4-5 weeks)
