Your Role as a Maintenance Assistant:

• Perform routine building maintenance including painting, plumbing, carpentry, and minor electrical repairs

• Assist with heating and ventilation system maintenance

• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repair calls

• Complete maintenance documentation and report updates to supervisors

• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents and staff

• Follow all safety and health regulations

Who We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Two or more years of maintenance or related experience preferred

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Motivated and dependable team player

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
