Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room
Location: Lafayette, LA 70503
Duration: 3 Months with Possible Extension
Schedule: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, 40 hrs. per week

Requirements:

• Active RN License (State or Compact) – Required
• BLS Certification – Required
• Minimum 1 year of recent OR experience – Required

• Providing safe and effective patient care using the Nursing Process
• Assessing patient and family learning needs and implementing appropriate teaching strategies
• Communicating and coordinating effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Managing nursing resources efficiently and supporting team collaboration
• Using clinical data and knowledge to improve patient outcomes and care processes
• Promoting patient satisfaction, teamwork, and professional nursing standards
• Performing other related duties as assigned.
