Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room / Surgery

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join a collaborative, fast-paced surgical team. The RN will work primarily with orthopedic and general surgery, along with some OB/GYN procedures and robotic-assisted da Vinci cases.

Schedule: Days | Typically 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: $60,000–$82,000/year

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the circulating RN during surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-, intra-, and post-operative assessments.
• Anticipate surgical team needs and support efficient OR workflow.
• Provide safe, procedure-appropriate patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Surgery/Operating Room circulating RN experience required.
• Current North Carolina RN license or compact license with NC endorsement.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• BLS required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
• Experience circulating in orthopedic and general surgery required.
• Must be comfortable with da Vinci robotic procedures and some OB/GYN cases.

Important: Candidates with only Pre-Op, Post-Op, PACU, or Endoscopy/GI experience will not be considered.
