Customer Service-Farmers Insurance

Do you have the drive to deliver an exceptional customer service experience? Our office is seeking a candidate to join our team as a customer service representative. This position requires you to have polished skillsets in being organized, driven, good communicator, have great attention to detail, proficient in Excel and Word, a positive attitude, outstanding time management, can work independently and willing to learn and grow! This position will require you to get a property and casualty insurance license within 30 days, in order to have full access to our operating system. If you already have an active California insurance license, that is fantastic! We can negotiate a higher hourly wage if you are already licensed! You will be learning under extraordinary leadership with over 100 years collective insurance experience!

Your key responsibilities will be servicing and managing personal and commercial insurance policies, process policy changes, renewals and client inquiries with accuracy and care, manage the daily deposits and identify cross sell opportunities through proactive client engagement.

This is a full time position Monday- Friday in the office.
