Receptionist Front Desk

Receptionist for a Car Dealership in North/Central Austin

$20 per hour - 40 hours a week

Must be available between Monday to Saturday

Hours vary from 9:00am to 7:00pm

We are seeking a friendly, adaptable multitasker with a passion for customer service!

What We’re Looking For:

A continuously smiling Receptionist who can handle phone and in-person interactions with ease

Strong organizational skills and a positive, outgoing disposition

What You’ll Do:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls for sales and service

Assist customers with questions and guide them to the right department

Greet every customer with a smile and maintain product knowledge through ongoing training

Handle and de-escalate customer concerns

Serve beverages and snacks at our complimentary coffee bar

Requirements:

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Excellent phone and email communication skills

Experience in a moderate-pressure environment; decision-making skills preferred

Previous barista experience preferred

Professional work attire is a must

Proficiency with business software (Email Clients, Microsoft Office, Gmail for Business)

Valid driver’s license for at least one year
