**Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday**

Property Name and Size: Kinstead Apartment Homes - 376 units (market rate)

Interview Location: 5701 Mckinney Place Dr, McKinney, TX 75070

Employment Duration: Regular, Full-time

Talk to people
From the first tour to the lease signing, you’ll guide future residents through the process with clarity, confidence, and warmth.

Show off the goods
You will highlight our communities and what makes them special, not just square footage and floorplans, but the feeling of home.

Keep things moving
Follow up with leads, help prospects through applications, and keep track of your progress like the organized pro you are.

Spread the word
Get involved with marketing efforts, help boost online visibility and show up for local outreach events that make a difference.

Be a resource
From rent questions to maintenance requests to “Hey, do you know a good local coffee shop?” - you are their go-to.

Build community
Support fun resident events, educational workshops, and enrichment programs that make our communities more than just a place to live.

YOUR STRENGTHS:

• A love for people and the energy to match!

• Sales or customer service experience (1+ year preferred)

• Strong organization and follow-through skills

• Comfort with tech (Microsoft Office; bonus points if you have used Entrata)

• The heart to help and the hustle to make it happen
