Cleanroom Production Associate

The Cleanroom Production Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and quality of products manufactured within controlled environments. Reporting to the Team Lead, this position involves performing routine manufacturing tasks, maintaining cleanroom standards, and coordinating with team members while working various shift schedules including days, evenings, and nights. The role requires careful handling of specialized materials and adherence to detailed documentation and inspection processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and standards of the cleanroom environment
• Perform quality inspections to ensure product compliance
• Document processes, inspections, and production data accurately
• Coordinate tasks and communicate effectively with the production team
• Handle specialized materials following safety and procedural guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in cleanroom production environments
• High school diploma or equivalent
