Talent Acquisition Spec - recruiting - hybrid remote Central Phoenix

My client, a global leader Law Firm, is looking for a Talent Acquisition professional to manage full-cycle recruiting activities for a variety of professional positions, from intake meetings through offer stage.

Pay Rate: $40-$43/hr

Start Date: ​ASAP

Type of Hire: Temp to hire (based on performance/business needs)

AZ Office Address: Phoenix, AZ 85012

Schedule: Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 remote) -8am-5pm Monday-Friday, (with flexibility as needed) / 37.5 hours/week

Duties:

• Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs, provide recruiting updates, and ensure a positive hiring experience.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates using ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting resources.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and hiring processes while maintaining accurate tracking and documentation.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize recruiting data, reports, and trackers to manage workload and drive recruiting outcomes.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Ensure recruiting processes align with company policies and compliance

Experience:

• Talent Acquisition/Recruiting experience, Legal or consulting industry preferred
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting a global workforce or working across multiple regions/time zones
• Ability to navigate and manage recruiting processes across multiple teams
• Highly organized with strong follow-through, tracking, and accountability
• Experience using an ATS (preferably Workday and Linkedin)
