Bilingual Recruiter

On Point is a growing face-to-face sales agency. We’re expanding fast and need a focused, organized, and action-oriented person to help us hire and onboard great salespeople.

This role is about getting things done — sourcing talent, running interviews, helping new hires start strong, and keeping everything moving. You’ll be part of a fast-moving team where your work matters every day.

Your Responsibilities

• Recruit sales reps for D2D, retail, and event teams
• Manage the full hiring process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer
• Handle onboarding: documents, tools, first-day support
• Keep systems organized and running smoothly
• Look for ways to improve hiring and onboarding processes
• Report progress: hires, interviews, drop-offs, retention

What We’re Looking For

• Experience recruiting for sales or other fast-paced roles such as sales recruiter and sales experience minimum 2 years
• Highly organized and dependable — you follow through
• Comfortable working with systems, tools, and tracking data
• Proactive and process-minded — you suggest improvements when things can be better
• Focused on clear results — you know your job is to deliver
