Job Description
The Bilingual Recruiter plays a key role in attracting, hiring, and onboarding talent for a variety of manufacturing and administrative positions. This role manages the full recruitment lifecycle in both English and Spanish, builds strong relationships with hiring teams, and represents the organization at job fairs, hiring events, and community programs. The recruiter supports workforce development initiatives, ensures a positive candidate experience, and helps maintain a strong and sustainable talent pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and hire candidates for a wide range of manufacturing and administrative roles.
- Conduct interviews and candidate communications in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear and professional interactions.
- Source applicants through job boards, community partnerships, referrals, and proactive outreach efforts.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, hiring events, and community programs to promote open positions and build brand awareness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with supervisors to understand current and future staffing needs.
- Manage the full hiring process from application to offer, including screening, interviewing, selection, and offer coordination.
- Ensure timely follow-up with candidates at all stages of the hiring process to provide a positive experience and reduce time-to-fill.
- Support new hires through onboarding steps, including paperwork completion and orientation coordination.
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking and documentation in compliance with company policies and applicable procedures.
- Assist with translating HR documents, communications, and training materials between English and Spanish as needed.
- Provide a professional, welcoming, and respectful experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Contribute to workforce development initiatives and help strengthen the talent pipeline for manufacturing and administrative roles.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to continuously improve recruitment processes and support organizational growth.
Essential Skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, full-cycle or related talent acquisition work.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for recruiting events.
- Ability to provide professional candidate support through onboarding, paperwork, and orientation coordination.
- Capability to maintain accurate and compliant applicant tracking and documentation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing environments or high-volume hiring is preferred.
- Background in talent acquisition, recruitment, and hiring for diverse role types.
- Experience with technical recruiting is beneficial.
- Familiarity with workforce development initiatives and community outreach programs.
- Ability to represent the organization effectively at job fairs, hiring events, and community programs.
- Experience translating HR documents, communications, and training materials between English and Spanish.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple candidates and requisitions.
- Motivation to grow with a rapidly expanding organization and take on increasing responsibilities over time.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Evansville, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
