Schedule:

• Evening shifts (typically 3 PM – 11 PM)

• Split coverage, including overnight (11 PM – 7 AM) night audit shifts

• Flexibility is a must

$19.50 - $22 hourly

• Act as the manager on duty during the evening and night hours
• Ensure smooth and efficient front desk operations
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Perform Night Audit procedures, including daily closing and reconciliation
• Support, guide, and assist front desk team members
• Ensure hotel safety and guest satisfaction during overnight hours

• Previous front desk or night audit experience (hotel experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and guest service abilities
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
• Familiarity with Opera or other hotel management systems is a plus
