The Grand Rehabilitation & Nursing at Barnwell is hiring a Full Time Overnight Receptionist to support our front desk during the 12:00am–8:00am shift.

Position Overview

The Overnight Receptionist serves as the primary point of contact during overnight hours. This role is ideal for someone dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently while providing excellent customer service in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, residents, and staff

• Answer phones, take messages, and route calls appropriately

• Manage visitor sign-in and sign-out

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area

• Communicate with nursing and on-call staff as needed

• Respond calmly to overnight situations or emergencies

Qualifications

• Customer service or hospitality experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented

• Comfortable working overnight hours
