Set against the marinas of Newport Beach, CA, you’ll be the go-to expert keeping our electric boats running flawlessly. Your day might begin reviewing service tickets, gathering parts, and coordinating with the team before heading dockside to perform hands-on work. From fine-tuning propulsion systems to validating charging performance, you’ll make sure every vessel you touch leaves safer, smoother, and ready for the water.

• Carry out preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on electric boats to uphold performance, reliability, and safety.
• Pinpoint electrical and mechanical faults and implement effective fixes quickly.
• Inspect and test propulsion, battery, and charging systems using appropriate tools and methods.
• Work closely with teammates to deliver consistent, high-quality service and strong customer outcomes.
• Document all work performed and track parts and materials with precision.
• Keep current with emerging electric-boat technologies and broader marine industry developments.
• Deliver clear, courteous customer service and address owner questions and concerns.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a technical certification in marine technology or a related discipline is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience as a service technician, ideally with electric boats or comparable marine equipment.
• Solid grasp of electrical systems and diagnostic techniques.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.
• Confident written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and the flexibility to travel to customer sites as needed.
