Your mission

Safeguard production by keeping complex, PLC-driven assets reliable. You’ll own the controls layer—while lending a hand mechanically when needed—to ensure safe, steady output.

Impact areas

• Rapid recovery of PLC-controlled equipment during live operations
• Expert navigation of Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and Mitsubishi ecosystems
• Root-cause analysis via HMI interfaces, ladder logic, and I/O troubleshooting
• Targeted PLC program modifications and support
• Electrical troubleshooting across motors, VFDs, sensors, relays, and 480V systems

Qualifications

• Strong, hands-on PLC troubleshooting/diagnostics
• Comfort with electrical schematics and ladder logic
• Experience working with VFDs, servo motors, and automated equipment
• Industrial/manufacturing maintenance background
• Independent, decisive problem-solver

Preferred experience

• Editing/creating PLC programs
• Robotics familiarity (Fanuc, ABB, etc.)
• Electrical certifications or technical training
• Commissioning/installation of new machinery

Pay, schedule, and path

• $35–$45/hour depending on experience
