About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work on our Weekend Shift. As an LPN with Morristown Post Acute, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as ordered by physicians

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitoring patients' conditions and reporting changes to physicians and other healthcare professionals

• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and activities

Our newly renovated center features cutting-edge technology and a dedicated subacute floor with mostly private suites.
