Job Summary:
Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a trusted healthcare provider in Butler, Pennsylvania, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a weekend warrior, if you work double shifts every Saturday and Sunday you will be eligible for a $5000 Sign On Bonus!! Our state-of-the-art facility offers a serene country setting and beautiful vistas, providing a unique and supportive environment for our residents.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely patient care
Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and growth
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements:
Current LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Prior experience preferred (new graduates welcome to apply)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate and caring approach to patient care
