The PositionSouth Plains Rural Health Services is seeking a full-time Clinic Nurse for our Big Spring, Texas clinic. This entry-level, onsite role supports providers and helps ensure patients receive timely, high-quality care in a community clinic setting.Key responsibilities include providing direct patient care within scope, collecting and documenting vital signs and histories, assisting during exams/procedures, administering ordered medications/treatments as allowed, preparing/cleaning exam rooms, entering information in the EHR accurately, stocking supplies, and following infection control and safety standards.Qualifications:- Current Texas CNA, CMA, LVN, or RN certification/license- Current CPR/BLS- Clinical/healthcare experience preferred- Clear communication, teamwork, and attention to detail- Bilingual English/Spanish preferredSchedule: Monday–Thursday 8AM–5PM; Friday 8AM–12PM. Throughout the morning, you’ll move between patient visits and quick resets, keeping documentation current as the pace changes. Midday often brings a mix of planned follow-ups and same-day needs, so you’ll stay organized and calm while coordinating with the care team.
