Role snapshot

Maintain, troubleshoot, test, and repair plant equipment spanning electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to sustain safe, reliable production.

What you’ll tackle
  • Diagnose and repair issues across programmable and numeric controls, power supplies, drives, gauges, and test equipment.
  • Apply in‑depth knowledge of electrical/mechanical theory, materials properties, and national/local electrical codes; create/interpret technical specifications.
  • Install, start up, and shut down machinery using company safety procedures aligned with OSHA requirements (including LOTO).
  • Document required performance and maintenance records for assigned assets.
  • Support additional tasks as needed to keep operations on schedule.
Schedule & compensation
  • Night shift: 7 PM – 7 AM
  • Rotating 2‑2‑3 pattern (work 2, off 2, work 3; reverse the next week)
  • Base pay: $30–$38/hour + $2/hour night shift differential
Qualifications
  • Two‑year technical degree, accredited apprenticeship, or equivalent technical training.
  • 3–5 years of demonstrated experience across electrical/electronics, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Expertise with electrical/electronic components and diagnostic instrumentation.
  • Ability to climb, work beneath machinery, and operate in confined or elevated spaces.
  • Comfort working around high‑voltage electricity.
  • Capable of pushing, pulling, or lifting heavy parts with or without assistance.

Physical requirements
  • Repetitive movement and frequent walking
  • Kneeling, crouching, and stooping
  • Manual dexterity for handling tools, parts, and controls
  • Lift up to 50 lbs while bending, twisting, and/or standing
