Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Current PA School Clearances (required)
• TB Test clearance
• Minimum of 48 college credits, Associate’s Degree or higher, or a Pennsylvania Paraprofessional Certificate of Competency (CoC)
• Previous experience assisting in classrooms or educational environments is a plus
• Ability to adapt to varying learning styles and manage tasks with patience and professionalism

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional support under the direction of certified teachers, adapting activities and assisting students with academic or behavioral needs
• Encourage and reinforce classroom protocols and positive interactions
• Assist with the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and modifications as directed
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all students across the K–12 age range
• Participate in team meetings and communicate student progress or challenges to educational staff as needed
• Flexibility to accept per diem assignments based on your preferred schedule
