We're seeking reliable paraprofessionals to support students in classroom settings, either through general support coverage or by working in a dedicated 1:1 capacity. By playing a key role in maintaining a positive and inclusive environment, you'll contribute to student success and daily school operations.

Desired Experience & Requirements:

• Valid Paraeducator I or II credential (required)
• Experience working with children in a school or community-based setting preferred
• Ability to provide compassionate and consistent support to students with varying needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptability and a collaborative mindset for working in dynamic classroom environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in classroom management and instructional activities
• Provide 1:1 or general assistance to students, supporting academic and behavioral growth
• Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and follow specific student accommodations
• Supervise students during transitions, lunch, and recess as needed
• Foster a safe, encouraging atmosphere for all learners
