School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Coeur d'Alene, Idaho

Qualifications and Experience Desired:

• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain it prior to the start date
• Demonstrated experience providing speech and language therapy within a school setting (elementary school experience preferred)
• Proficiency in a variety of service delivery models, including in-person therapy
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt across two different school communities

Role and Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to elementary students across two school campuses
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor progress
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and related service providers to ensure holistic student support
• Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required
• Serve as a resource for staff and families on speech, language, and communication topics
• Foster a supportive, inclusive atmosphere for all students in your care
