Florida Pain & Wellness Centers Inc. is seeking a reliable and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant to join our fast-paced, patient-focused clinic in Orlando. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and working as part of a supportive healthcare team.

No prior chiropractic experience? No problem—we provide training for the right candidate with a great attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide a friendly, professional first impression
• Check patients in and out, and manage appointment scheduling
• Answer phones and assist with general office communication
• Prepare treatment rooms and therapy areas
• Assist patients with therapies, exercises, and treatment applications
• Explain basic therapy instructions to patients
• Maintain smooth patient flow throughout the clinic
• File, scan, and upload patient documents into the system
• Pull and organize patient charts as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Medical office or chiropractic experience is a plus (not required)
