Founded in 2002, BackFit is a premier multi-specialty integrative health organization with 10 locations across the greater Phoenix metropolitan area. We specialize in physical medicine, chiropractic care, physical therapy, and non-prescriptive medical pain management.
To provide an even more holistic and comprehensive healing experience for our patients, we are expanding our service offerings and looking for passionate, Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing multidisciplinary team.

- Organization: Exceptionally organized with a sharp eye for detail.
- Industry Knowledge: A strong foundational understanding of the chiropractic field (preferred).
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Flow & Scheduling: Manage the daily appointment schedule efficiently and keep the doctor informed of status updates in real-time.
- Patient Onboarding: Lead new patient orientations, answer questions, and address any concerns to ensure a welcoming experience.
- Education & Advocacy: Educate patients on the benefits of chiropractic care, recommend relevant clinic services, and introduce wellness products.
- Clinical Intake: Collect patient vitals, medical history, and complete intake assessments.
- Administration & Follow-Up: Maintain organized patient records, place follow-up calls, and track patient referrals.
- Financials & Insurance: Review insurance verifications with patients, answer billing questions, and process payments.
