Event Detailer

Idaho's #1 homebuilder is looking for someone who doesn't need a play-by-play to get the job done. Our Events Team moves fast, works outdoors, and takes pride in every detail - and we need a Detailer who can show up, take ownership, and run the field like it's their own.

You'll spend your days loading trailers, setting up events, maintaining our communities, moving equipment, solving problems, and making sure every CBH event looks first class. If you're self-motivated, hands-on, and the kind of person who sees something that needs to be done and just does it, we'd love to meet you.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Event & Community Setup

• Assist in event setup and breakdown for community events and internal events, start to finish
• Maintain community signage, flags, and event materials - and catch what needs fixing before anyone has to ask
• Keep event spaces and model homes clean, organized, and guest-ready
• Move event materials and locations independently as needed
• Own field tasks and operational projects for the Events Team
• Represent the team at community grand openings and special events

Office + Equipment Support

• Maintain event inventory and storage areas
• Keep equipment clean, organized, and ready for the next event
• Support office moves and event staging
• Perform light exterior maintenance including snow removal, weed control, parking lot upkeep, and general property appearance

WHAT A TYPICAL WEEK LOOKS LIKE

• Setting up and tearing down events across the Treasure Valley
• Loading and unloading trailers
• Lifting and moving equipment throughout the day
• Preparing model homes and communities for visitors
• Organizing storage so every event runs smoothly
• Completing hands-on projects that improve our communities
• Supporting 1-2 Saturday Open House events each month

Requirements

We need someone who:

• Loves staying active instead of sitting behind a desk
• Makes smart decisions and solves problems on the fly
• Is dependable, organized, and hardworking
• Communicates well with the team while working independently
• Is comfortable using Gmail and Google Calendar
• Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic every day

Physical Requirements

This is an active position. You should be comfortable:

• Frequently lifting 50+ pounds
• Walking and standing for most of the workday
• Loading and unloading equipment repeatedly
• Setting up tents, tables, signs, and event equipment
• Working outside in hot summers, cold winters, and everything in between

This role works alongside the Event + Marketing teams, so you'll never be figuring it out completely alone - but you will need to be the kind of person who doesn't wait to be told twice.
