Automotive detailer

Platinum Plus Detailing LLC is seeking an Automotive Detailer to deliver high-quality interior and exterior detailing services for customer vehicles in a fast-paced onsite environment.

Position Summary

As an Automotive Detailer, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to a clean, like-new appearance through careful cleaning, detailing, and finishing. You’ll take pride in quality workmanship and follow established processes to ensure each vehicle meets professional standards.

This role is full-time and onsite in Costa Mesa, CA, ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, attention to detail, and consistent results.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors using appropriate cleaning methods and products

• Vacuum, clean surfaces, and treat upholstery, trim, and glass to achieve a polished finish

• Apply protective products and finishing steps to enhance appearance and durability

• Maintain clean and organized work areas, including proper care of tools and equipment

• Follow established quality and safety procedures throughout each detailing job

Required Qualifications

• Ability to perform repetitive, hands-on tasks with attention to detail and speed

• Demonstrated care for vehicle surfaces, materials, and finishing quality

• Willingness to follow safety procedures and established detailing standards

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic and good attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in automotive detailing, car cleaning, or a related service role

• Familiarity with interior and exterior detailing techniques and surface-safe cleaning practices

• Ability to identify areas needing extra attention and address them effectively

• Experience working with luxury vehicles

• Strong customer-focused attitude and professional presentation

Compensation

Hourly rate: $20 - $22
