We're looking for an Accounting & Operations Coordinator who loves organization, enjoys keeping financials accurate, and thrives on making sure the business runs smoothly behind the scenes. Compensation:

$65,000


Responsibilities:What You'll Do

You'll be responsible for helping keep the financial and operational side of the firm running efficiently, including:

  • Managing bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial records

  • Processing invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable

  • Assisting with payroll and employee reimbursements

  • Supporting budgeting and financial reporting

  • Maintaining QuickBooks and ensuring data accuracy

  • Managing office supplies and administrative operations

  • Coordinating calendars, scheduling, and internal logistics

  • Assisting with VIP client support and special projects

  • Collaborating with every department to improve systems and efficiency

  • Taking ownership of projects that help the firm continue to grow


Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, office management, or a similar operations role

  • Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, bank reconciliations, and payroll support

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online preferred) or similar accounting software

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines

  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment with sensitive financial and employee information

  • Self-starter with an owner mentality who can work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
